Those Lombards look the business! Thanks for the plug for our most recent game here in GHQ.
ReplyDeleteThe big question is 'will they do the business?'
DeleteSuperb looking base there, very characteristic looking and brushwork second to none! Very fine work indeed Phil...well done!
ReplyDeleteThank you Paul, high praise indeed.
DeleteThis unit looks amazing!
ReplyDeleteThank you Bartek, most kind.
DeleteVery nice Phil fearsome look8ng 👍
ReplyDeleteThank you Matt, my dice rolling will soon knock that out of them I fear😂
DeleteCracking looking unit, the brushwork is really top notch and very nicely based. Nice looking figures not seen them before, they are rather good.
ReplyDeleteThank you for your fine endorsement. Some of Adam’s finest sculpts so far IMHO.

ReplyDeleteChristopher
Thank you for your continued encouragement Christopher.
DeleteVery pretty Phil.
ReplyDeleteThank you George, it remains to be seen whether they will fight
DeleteA great looking unit and pretty hirsute. Were Lombards well known for their luxurious locks and beards? I have to admit I know next to nothing about them.
ReplyDeleteThe name is derived from the word Langobards which literally means "the people with long beards"
ReplyDeleteOkay, now I feel really stupid. :o)
DeleteLovely work as always Phil…
ReplyDeleteI have these on my ever increasing pile of toys waiting patiently for my eye problems to go away.
The hornist really looks like he is taking out his frustrations/fury on the poor fellow at the end of the line 🤣
Thank you Aly. I hope your eye problems clear soon.
