Hmm, the one 'hill' reads as a depression. Although as the intervals seem to denote a mighty six foot change in elevation, so not significant from just an elevation perspective. Definitely a minor thing overall. The map depicts an interesting table.
Yes I think you need to give it a lot more detail to get a result nearer to the table layout. This was done just to send a copy to Dave to give him an idea of the table layout with an accompanying photo.
