As for 3rd I think an errata is the norm for Warlord publications unfortunately, I just hope the index doesn't send you to the wrong page😁 I don't expect much change with CoC it will undoubtedly include the refinements and additional stuff from the handbooks and a more coherent layout of the rule book.
