Opel Blitz Kreig

Transport for my German 1940 Schutzen platoon squads.
Ready to Roll resin vehicles, from here
Coming up next a Horch Kfz15 for the platoon HQ and a Krupp Kfz. 69 to tow the Pak36 featured in the previous post.
Hopefully these will hit the table here in OHQ a week on Tuesday.

  1. Lovely work and thanks for the link to the manufacturer....I assume these are 1/72 or 20mm, rather than 28mm?

  2. Nice subtle job, I really like the RF stuff and want to support them more, but I don’t base my vehicles …… perhaps I should!

    1. Thank you Norm. I have always based my vehicles, one because that's what Colin Rumford and Richard Marsh did and two we used to do display games and it made it safer for transportation.

    1. Thank you Donnie, they are very useful, quite robust and the added benefit of not having to assemble them.

And not having to assemble them is a real bonus.

    1. Thank you Aly, your endorsement is a appreciated. Non assembly is indeed a bonus, girding my loins to assemble to assemble a M30 munitions carrier, separate track links, arghhh!

    1. Thank you Matt. Kept the paint job straightforward no chipping, grime or rain (don't recall if it rained much in the campaign anyway?) streaking just a dry brush to represent dust.
