Here are a selection of the games that caught my eye, you may see a period bias here. So many other games equally worthy of being photographed of course, pure sensory overload.
First up a small table showcasing the new No Easy Ground WWII rules, an expanded and updated version of Iron Cross. More on these in another post.
Fieldcraft UK, Operation Exporter 1941.
To be continued,................
Bias? From you? Shurely Shum Mishtake? I'm always amazed at what I missed! Too many games I think myself to take it all in. A grand day though. Thanks for taking us.
ReplyDeleteVerily we are spoiled in the varied and many splendid games that assault the senses.
DeleteGreat looking games
ReplyDeleteThey certainly were and this is just a few of the many
DeleteLooks like it was a corker!
ReplyDeleteIt was indeed Matt.
DeleteYou definitely are treadhead! Fantastic looking games. Thank you!
ReplyDeleteHow can you tell 😂😂😂
DeleteThanks Phil, the Hastings game looks very interesting.
ReplyDeleteIt was most impressive, I didn't envy all that cutting out. Seems like cleaning up Perry figures but on steroids.
DeleteGreat looking games, plenty to pore over!
ReplyDeleteThey were and was Donnie.
DeleteGreat looking games and thanks for the pictures Phil!
ReplyDeleteYou are most welcome Christopher.
DeleteThanks Phil nice to see the pics, new rules, might look at those.
ReplyDeleteYou are most welcome George. I have sent you a link on the rules.
DeleteYour camera work is really splendid - I think many of the games look even better in your photos than in the flesh (or should that be metal?). My photos usually seem to look worse than what I perceive as reality - maybe it's all in the mind.
ReplyDeleteThank you Rob. I was surprised how well they turned out, it says a lot for the light in the venue. Unlike Kelham where if we weren't putting on a game I followed Duncan round to take advantage of his light🙂
