I have finished off the platoon HQs and anti-tank gun support teams for both sides this week. All being well they will hit the table for the next game here in OHQ a week in Tuesday.
A Zveda Pak36 with Simon's Soldiers crew (available from Wargaming Miniatures in the UK)
German platoon HQ, AB Figures with a lone Simon's Soldiers figure in the middle of the back row.
Early War Miniatures 2pdr anti-tank gun with AB Figures crew.
British platoon HQ, AB figures.
TTFN & KBO
Those have turned out more than nicely. Easy to see where your true wargaming interest lies.
ReplyDeleteThank you Dave. You may be right there 🙂

ReplyDeleteThank you Neil, most kind.
DeleteOh, these are all so nice. Hard to believe the Germans are only 20mm. Fantastic details.
ReplyDeleteThank you for the glowing endorsement Jonathan.
DeleteFine new additions they are Phil!
ReplyDeleteChristopher
Thank you Christopher much appreciated.
DeleteLovely work, they are really good, really like the German gun and crew are especially good. Simons Soldiers are not a name I have come across but they look a very decent miniature.
ReplyDeleteThank you Donnie. They are very fine figures with some nice understated animation a bit more chunky than AB but they blend in well.
DeleteI like the 2 pdr model. Your fine brush detail on the German helmet adds an awful lot to the overall look (I have zoomed to study in case I get brave enough to have a go :-) )
ReplyDeleteThank you Norm, glad you like the helmet details. Early War Miniatures make some fine guns and vehicles.
DeleteThey look the business Phil…
ReplyDeleteLovely characterful figures…
All the best. Aly
