I have all this Mediterranean terrain I need to utilise, with more to come when
Pat 's Med book comes out in due course. So it's World War Two Italy here we come......
Perry plastic DAK, I picked up a box of the US infantry off Dave Thomas at Partizan, so standby.
TTFN
Nice looking Germans, I'm looking forward to the book too!
ReplyDeleteBest Iain
Thank you Iain. Yes I think the book is going to be a goodie.
DeleteVery nice Phil...
ReplyDeleteAre you ‘in’ all they way or is this going to be a skirmish based adventure?
All the best. Aly
Thank you Aly. Intend to use Battlegroup Rules so it will grow like topsy I have no doubt.
DeleteThey look very nice and your not the only one looking to go to WWII Italy.;-)
ReplyDeleteChristopher
Thank you Christopher. It's a much neglected theatre, that as always been in the back of my mind to do.
DeleteLovely work, I did a box of these for a mate a few years ago and was only thinking this past week how nice they were.
ReplyDeleteThank you Paul. They certainly paint up a treat, looking forward to getting some paint on the GI s
DeleteBeautiful work!
ReplyDeleteThank you Ray.
DeleteAn excellent project Phil! I get to play more games on your wonderful Mediterranean terrain!
ReplyDeleteGlad you approve of my fluttering. ;~)
DeleteNow that’s a good idea........I have been pondering similar for my germans so will be nice to see the project develop. Although my early germans are better suited to Crete or Greece perhaps 🤔
ReplyDeleteI was very tempted to do Crete, but got lured back to Italy by the Perry Americans, plus they will do for Tunisia too.
DeleteVery nice Phil, but I must not even think about it.
ReplyDeleteThank you George. No you have the Russians to do first ;~)
DeleteThey look fantastic. The Italian Campaign is interesting with its mix and match uniforms (plus Anzio and The Big Red One are a couple of my guilty pleasures!).
ReplyDeleteObviously if they'd let Monty finish the job it wouldn't have gone on for so bally long!
Thanks Matt. A much neglected campaign, my mum's best friend husband served there and my old boss.
ReplyDeleteGood choice of theatre and immaculate painting as always!
ReplyDeleteThank you Nick.
