Well with the Russians fast approaching the town in our mini campaign I thought it time to finish this piece I started way back. A mix of 15 and 20mm Hovels with a piece made by Matt Bickley when he were but a lad.
The next game in the campaign is scheduled for next Tueday, stand by for action.

That is a masterpiece Phil and no mistake! I look forward to fighting over it next Tuesday!
ReplyDeleteIt will do. Your getting ahead of yourself comrade, you have to win on Tuesday to get to it :~)
DeleteAnother nice piece of work Phil.....bring on the battle 🙂
ReplyDeleteThank you Matt. I have completed the surrounding road pieces now, it is all ready to receive the Soviet hordes in due course.
DeleteNice Festung Phil.
ReplyDeleteThank you George. Will it be held I wonder.
DeleteLovely Phil...
ReplyDeleteDesirable property in eastern Germany... requires some maintenance and renovation... an excellent development opportunity...
All the best. Aly
Thank you Aly. Yes I believe it became one of those aesthetically pleasing Eastern Bloc buildings :~)
ReplyDeleteLooks great. I'll have to look at Hovels. I didn't think about 15mm scenics that might work for 20mm. You've given me ideas.....
ReplyDeleteThank you Mark. Hovels make some fine pieces, often overlooked these days, with the proliferation of MDF. Most of the 15mm blend in well, you only really notice if a figure is in the doorway and only in a photo.
DeleteLovely looking housing block and well up to your usual excellent finish!
ReplyDeleteBest Iain
Thank you Iain. One could say it as Jerry built :~)
DeleteLooking absolutely superb. Make sure to share some pictures of it in action.
ReplyDeleteThank you Nick. I will certainly take some battle pics.
ReplyDeleteLooks fab
ReplyDeleteThank you Paul.
